Dave Russon is the Cheif Executive Officer of World Ministries along with his wife Madeline head up the missions department of AOG UK. The have been in full time ministry for thirty years planting churches in the UK and in later years working on releasing developing nations into mission. Over the last seven years travelling to over eighty countries, researching, inspiring and releasing workers into un-reached areas of the world, now have a desire to see the end time promise come into fulfillment, that all nations will hear and respond to the gospel. They believe that we can do more together than we can on our own. |
| Ian Watson is the senior minister of The Bridge Church Bolton and pastorally responsible for over 750 people. Ian leads a team which is made up of a strong diversity of gift who oversee major departments of the church. The Bridge Church has approximately 15 people on staff. Ian is Assemblies of God World Ministries Field Leader overseeing missionaries across the world via the geographical leaders. He is also involved with leadership training in England and overseas. Ian has been married to Sue for 25 years. They have grown up children. |
| Mike is married to Linda and they have three daughters, one son in law and 3 grand children. A High School Teacher by profession. Having pastored Towyn Pentecostal Church for many years God called Mike to missions work and he joined the World Ministries team several years ago as European Director. Now he serves as Eastern Europe Director and also works with East-West Ministries. His hobbies are working out in the gym, my grandsons and my motorbike. |
Pauline Edwards is Senior Pastor at Bangor AG, North Wales. also Director for WM Unreached Peoples and India/Pakistan etc. Pauline went to Zambia at age 18 as a VSO and received a call to missions there. Returning to UK she went to London Bible college to do a BD to train to serve God; while there she met her husband John. They have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. They were missionaries in Sierra Leone with CLC before going to Bangor where they have grown a missions Church and sent many to the mission field and helped plant out several branch Churches. |
Vince was born 25th February in New York City, New York. Although his mother and father were devout Christians, Vince entered a lifestyle of drugs and violence at a very early age. Given a choice of prison or the millitary, he eventually came to Christ here in the UK while part of the US Air Force. He and his wife of 29 years, Lisa are currently the Senior Leaders of Abundent Life Church in Lakenheath Village Suffolk, UK. |
Kevin was drafted into World Ministries during 2005 as liaison between the Regional Missions Secretaries and the World Ministries Team. He has now been appointed to look after Europe West. Kevin has always had a passion for mission and was Eastern Region missions secretary when pastoring the Rushden church in that region. He is married to Janet, has three children and is now pastor of our Wakefield Assembly. |
| Ron was born on the 4th July 1938 in Wakefield, Yorkshire. He has been married for 43 years to Gretel and has 2 grown daughters and 1 grandson. He was a professional rugby player and Royal Air Force Officer before beginning his ministry in his Father's church at Watford. He pastored 2 AOG churches before becoming a missionary to Communist Eastern Europe. He developed a 2 fold strategy in Eastern Europe, based on training and supporting national leaders to reach their own people for Christ. Ron was also the founder and CEO of East West Ministries, a missions support agency which reaches across denominational boundaries in the UK and USA. He has been the European Missions Director for UK AOG from 1970 to 2000. He was the World Missions Director for UK AOG from 200 to 2007. He hosts leadership conferences around the world, including to the Muslim countries of the Middle East and spends about 6 weeks of each year ministering in some of the major charismatic churches in the USA. He is currently responsible for Leadership Development on behalf of World Ministries. |

Rachel is the short-term mission co-ordinator at Mattersey Hall and is also working with the World Ministries team on helping to develop a short-term mission strategy. Rachel is married to Edward Issitt.
